Scope of application

General Terms and Conditions

In case of violation of the GTC by the User, Globalis Services SPRL reserves the right to take appropriate sanctions and remedies. Globalis Services SPRL reserves the right to deny the User access to the Platform or to our services temporarily or permanently. These measures can be taken without giving any reason and without prior notice. Globalis Services SPRL cannot be held responsible for such measures or give rise to any form of compensation.
The illegality or the total or partial nullity of a provision of our TOS will not have any impact on the validity and the application of the other provisions. In such a case, we have the right to replace the provision with another valid provision of similar scope.

Additional Services

Additional services such as internet and television are not included in the prices of the apartments advertised on this Brussels Rent website and may entail additional monthly costs depending on the offer chosen. It is strongly advised to verify the conditions and costs associated with these services with our real estate agents before making a reservation. These services are not mandatory and the choice to subscribe or not is at the discretion of the renters.

Intellectual Property

This website is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the content without prior written permission is prohibited. In case of fraudulent use of the content of this website, it is agreed that Belgian law will apply. The Belgian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute.
